The business meeting is conducted the second Monday of the every month (except October) at the Hammondsport Fire Department (8521 NY Rte. 54) at 6:00pm. The October meeting is held the third Tuesday at the same location and time. All meetings are to be conducted assuming a quorum of Commissioner’s are available.
