Bids were accepted for Refuse and Recycling Collection Services and the contract was awarded to GreenLeaf Recycling of Bath, NY. The new contract will begin March 1, 2026. More information and details will below.

The Village will be changing to a new refuse and recycling company
GREENLEAF Recycling will commence refuse and recycling pickup in the Village of Hammondsport on WEDNESDAY, March 4th, 2026
- Refuse pickup will be EVERY Wednesday
- Recycling will be EVERY OTHER Wednesday commencing on March 4th
- All rules and regulations apply as in the past
